In the current system for controlling hydraulic winches used in our devices, an innovation has been introduced involving the use of electric remote control (radio) in explosion-proof or flameproof versions, which enhances the comfort and safety of operation for the operators. One remote control can be used to operate all the winches in the set.

Power supply for the remote control system: Explosion-proof/Flameproof 24[V]

The components of the power supply and control system for the set are placed on specially designed radio control modules in the form of boards with covers, suspended on cables that connect the transport beams, overhead transport winches, and other elements in the transport set. The valve control system can be used in underground mining facilities, in non-methane and methane fields, in excavations classified as degree “a”, “b”, or “c” of methane explosion hazard, as well as in areas with Class A or B coal dust explosion hazards.
