UiK-PRWC-40
Heat exchanger UIK–PRWC-40 has been designed as a device used to exchange heat between two carriers, i.e. water of process parameters in the primary and secondary circuit of pipelines supplying air cooling system in underground workings (supplying cold water down the mine and returning warm water up). The purpose of heat exchange is cooling down the carrier in the secondary circuit. Circulation of working carriers together with pipelines compose communicating vessels systems. The design of the exchanger (number of modules, construction of module) results from the operating conditions and it is selected to given process parameters.
This allows its proper selection and achieving maximum, expected cooling parameters. Heat exchanger UIK–PRWC-40 can be applied in workings of “a”, “b” or “c” level of methane explosion hazard zones and to class A and B of coal dust explosion hazard zones.
