Rules for the Processing of Personal Data at “Urządzenia i Konstrukcje” S.A.
In fulfilling the obligations set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), commonly referred to as GDPR, we would like to inform you about the conditions for processing personal data for contact purposes.

Zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (Dz. Urz. Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (EU Official Journal L 119 of 04.05.2016), we hereby inform you that:
- The Data Controller of your personal data is “Urządzenia i Konstrukcje” S.A., located at ul. Fabryczna 10, 44-240 Żory.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and the Labor Code of 26 June 1974.
- The data provided by you will not be shared with third parties. The recipients of your personal data will only include entities authorized to obtain such data under legal regulations.
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process.
- You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict its processing. You also have the right to object, request cessation of data processing, data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time.
