The UiK-ŁZA loading machine is designed for operation in underground mining plants, both in non-methane and methane fields, in workings classified as degree “a” of methane explosion hazard.

The loader is intended for driving and shunting mine cars on trackways as well as for loading mined material into these cars (box-type mine cars, including small and medium-capacity tubs).

The loader can be used for loading excavated rock during the driving of horizontal workings (galleries, crosscuts, etc.) where:
• the height in the clear under the support from the rail head level is at least 2200 mm;
• the maximum longitudinal inclination of the track from the horizontal does not exceed 4°;
• the electrical and hydraulic installations are supplied according to the equipment configuration;
• the maximum height of the loaded mine cars is 1358 mm.
